How long does delivery take?
Most purchases are delivered within 15 minutes. You don't need to be in any particular area of the server — and if you're offline when you buy, your purchase will be waiting the next time you log in.
Payments made by eCheck can take up to 7 days to clear before delivery begins.
Something didn't arrive?
Open a ticket in our Discord with your username and the email you paid with, and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong with your order, open a ticket first — we'd much rather fix the problem than leave you out of pocket.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban.
